Our historic church is an enchanting setting for weddings. Nestled in a lush and quiet corner of South Side Chicago, with majestic gothic architecture and spacious interior, it has spaces that can adapt to many visions. Our sanctuary seats up to 600, while our white oak chapel accommodates intimate weddings of 50 or fewer. Outdoor spaces are also well suited for ceremonies and receptions.

We do not have restrictions based on the religion or tradition of those who rent our space for weddings.

Costs vary depending on spaces reserved for ceremony and reception. We offer a sliding scale for those who need it; the following are our standard rates.

Courtyard weddings start at $2,500, and Sanctuary weddings start at $5,000, which includes our event coordinator, hospitality staff, rehearsals, and additional rooms for getting ready and taking pictures.

Pastor Black is available to design bespoke ceremonies, officiate, and offer pre-marital counseling. You are welcome to obtain these services elsewhere if you prefer.

We can refer a host of local high-quality musicians and other vendors.

Our preferred vendor for catering is Dozzy's Grill, which operates out of our kitchen and offers competitive pricing. Dozzy's Grill offers delicious gourmet West African cuisine with a wide variety of options to accommodate many dietary needs.

Booking with Dozzy's Grill is not a requirement for hosting your wedding and/or reception in our church.

We recommend taking a tour of the spaces and sitting down with our Events Coordinator to decide which package is right for you. We do not want cost to be a barrier, and can work with you to ensure the cost is affordable to you while covering the church’s expenses.

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to reserve a date.
